My love of food and wine as well as my passion for creative cuisine, serving and food presentation of sweet and savoury dishes has led me, almost by instinct, to an -unknown to many- square in Pelion, the square of Aghia Kyriaki. One of the four in Tsagarada, the most beautiful and most picturesque one.
There, I decided to fulfil my dream and stretch my imagination.
The interior of a magnificent building, an old café of traditional architectural style of Pelion, has been converted into an elegant yet homely wine bar with vintage chandeliers, grandma's rugs, old sofas, wooden handmade marble top tables, porcelain dinnerware and mum’s cutlery. With an open plan kitchen showcasing the process of preparation, on view to all, paying considerable attention to detail and the culinary and aesthetic integrity of the dishes.
